Referral Program

1. Overview
LocalBrand (ABN 39 517 210 256) offers a referral bonus to clients and contacts who refer new businesses that become paying LocalBrand customers. When a referred business completes a qualifying engagement, the referrer receives a $500 (AUD) bonus.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to receive a referral bonus, you must:
- Have referred the new business to LocalBrand before the referred business made first contact with us
- Notify LocalBrand of the referral (via email to hello@localbrand.com.au or when the referred business submits an enquiry) before or at the time the referred business engages our services
- Not be an employee, contractor, or affiliate of LocalBrand
3. Qualified referral
A referral qualifies for the bonus when the referred business:
- Completes a website build, Local Authority Sprint, or other paid engagement with LocalBrand
- Pays in full for the engagement (deposit and final balance)
- Has not been an existing LocalBrand client or had prior contact with LocalBrand for a quote or engagement in the 12 months before the referral
LocalBrand reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral qualifies. Referrals from the same business (e.g. related entities, franchise groups) may be treated as a single referral.
4. Bonus amount and payment
The referral bonus is $500 AUD per qualified referral, paid by bank transfer or another method agreed in writing.
Payment is made within 30 days of the referred business paying in full for their engagement. The referrer must provide valid bank details or payment instructions to receive the bonus.
There is no limit on the number of qualified referrals you can make. Each qualified referral earns a separate $500 bonus.
5. Exclusions
The following do not qualify for the referral bonus:
- Self-referrals (referring your own business or a business you own, operate, or have a financial interest in)
- Referrals where the referred business had existing contact with LocalBrand in the 12 months prior to the referral
- Referrals that LocalBrand reasonably determines were made in bad faith or to circumvent program terms
6. Changes and termination
LocalBrand reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
Referrals made before any modification or termination will be honoured according to the terms in effect at the time the referral was made.
